Which plate fits my fish finder?

The Small Fish Finder Mount Plate (FFP-1) fits the Humminbird Helix 5 and Helix 7. The Large Fish Finder Mount Plate (FFP-2) fits these models:

Humminbird: Helix 8, 9 and 10; 800, 900 and 1100 Series; Solix 10
Garmin: Striker 5, 7 and Plus 9; echoMap Chirp 72–95; GPSMAP 722xs, 741xs, 742xs, 922xs, 942xs, 7607 and 7608
Lowrance: Elite-7 Chirp, HDS Carbon 7, HOOK-7, HOOK-9, HOOK2 7/7x and HOOK2 9

Do I need a plate to use the mount?

Yes. The fish finder must be attached to a quick-release plate (FFP-1 or FFP-2, sold separately), which then clicks into the MEM-2 mount.

What size fish finder can the mount hold?

The MEM-2 is recommended for marine electronics with screens up to 10 inches. It holds 30 lbs. of side load before the ball slips.

How tall is the mount, and how much does it weigh?

It adjusts from 4.52" minimum to 7.32" maximum height and weighs 1.58 lb (25.28 oz).

What is the mounting hole pattern?

The mount's base holes use the same pattern as the RAM Mount RAM-D-202.

Are screws included?

The Small plate (FFP-1) includes (4) #10-24 x 5/8" stainless screws. The Large plate (FFP-2) and the MEM-2 mount do not include fasteners.

What are the products made of? Will they rust?

The mount is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with white acetal plastic and stainless steel components. The plates are 6061-T6 aluminum. Everything is black or clear anodized and will not rust or oxidize.

How does the quick release work?

Fully depress the button when installing or removing a plate. When properly seated, the plate sits flush on both sides of the quick release. Turn the wing knob clockwise to lock both ends.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. If the product malfunctions within 1 year of purchase, we will repair or replace it (at our discretion) for free.

What is your return policy?

We ship with UPS or USPS. In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and orders don't ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping is calculated at checkout. See our shipping policy.
